Terms of the VIP Membership programs

Program is calculated for day lodging services per month.    Day lodging is only available during the weekday for our Convenience Membership.   However if you select our VIP Premium Package you will have weekend Saturday passes available to you.    Overnight lodging is available 365 days a year, unless we give notice of closing the Lodge for any reason.  Membership pricing is based on day lodging services with discounts applied to other services outlined in each program.

Terms & Conditions:

PAYMENT

  • Must prepay for the membership - payment due upon sign up of membership

    • Convenience Package - Month to Month is paid at time of sign up and expires after 30 days

    • The VIP Premiere Package is a 3 month commitment paid in full at the time of sign up.  Program ends 90 days after your sign-up date.  When your package is coming to an end - please sign up for your next 3 months!

    • Decline payments will be subject to review of membership

      Refunds | The following circumstances can constitute a refund:

      • Refunds are available if the Lodge needs to close for any reason that is more than a week.  Or we can extend your membership package if you choose.

      • Illness or death of a dog

      • Relocating outside of the province of Nova Scotia

  • Memberships are approved by the Owner/Operator

  • Dogs must be evaluated for a minimum of one day prior to being accepted into our membership programs.

  • Dogs must be current on vaccinations

  • General overall health of the dog may be considered prior to approval of membership

  • Any behavioural  issues that may present themselves after acceptance will be reviewed.  For the safety of all canines and staff a dog may be removed from the program at any time.  

  • Roll over days only available on the VIP Premier Package and must be used within the following month.

    • For any reason you may cancel day lodging during your program.  You have 3 roll over days per month.  (no accumulation of days is allowed)  Otherwise the program is allowing you access to monthly day lodging whether your dog comes for day lodging or not.

  • VIP Premier package only: Early drop offs at 6:45am - please notify us the day before so we are prepared.  Late pick ups up to 7pm
